Low Voltage Electrical Distribution Panel Board/Metering box
The distribution panel board (metering box) is a set of outdoor (Indoor) electric energy metering device designed and developed by our company according to the actual situation of the domestic distribution board (metering box) and the measurement requirements of the power department. (For abroad project please send us data sheet request) It is suitable for 10KV, 0.38 / 0.22KV, frequency 50Hz. Suitable for high-supply and high-meter of outdoor transformers, high-supply and low-counter, and residential commercial centralized households in residential quarters. 
Type-tested, certified CCC and Climate impact tested. 
Products comply with GB7251.3, GB/T16934, Q/CD218.06, DL/T448, DL/T 8252002.

Key Features:
1, The box housing is firm and reliable, resistant to high temperatures, anti-corrosion, and surface been spray coating treatment. Scientific designing, reasonable structure for maximum safety and reliability, and easy maintenance. The metering box door (sealing plate) is provided with a lead sealing hole to facilitate the installation of a lead seal for the power department. The metering door (or sealing plate) is provided with a meter observation window and a prepaid meter IC card socket. The observation window is made of transparent high-strength refractory polycarbonate material with a thickness of 3 mm.
2, The housing is sealed to protect the various components in the box from dirt and other mechanical damage.
3, The housing is divided into income line main switch room, the meter room (collection room), the outlet switch room and other functional unit rooms, and the rooms should be separated. Silk-screen the function name of each door panel (or seal) (eg, incoming switch room, meter room, etc.) 
4, All function room door panels (or sealing panels) are flush with the cabinet, and the door opening angle is not less than 150 degrees.
5, The electric meter room (collection room) door panel (or sealing plate) adopts a combination lock (or special lock) and is equipped with a lead sealing device. The door panel (or sealing plate) of the incoming switch room is made of ordinary locks (or bolts) and is equipped with a lead sealing device. Outlet switch room door panel adopts ordinary lock. When the door panel (or sealing plate) of main incoming line switch room and the door panel of outlet switch room both adopt locks, the two door locks need to be different.
6, The exposed electrified body in the switch room has a metal partition to seal.
7, Color of the primary line and busbar is compliant with GB/T2681-1981 standard.
8, Income and outgo model of the meter box is flexible, incoming line can be on the upper side or down side. 
9, There are heat-dissipating blinds on the upper side of the metering box to meet the requirements of ventilation and heat dissipation.
10, The communication line adopt shielded twisted pair.

1, Full insulated, safe to use. SMC material has high-performance insulation resistance and breakdown voltage to prevent leakage accidents. It can maintain good dielectric performance at high frequencies, does not reflect, blocks the propagation of microwaves, can be used for a long time without rust, and avoids electric shock phenomenon.
2, Long time corrosion resistance. 
It can effectively resist the corrosion of water, gasoline, alcohol, electrolytic salt, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium and potassium compounds, urine, asphalt, various acid-base soils, and acid rain. 
The product itself has good anti-aging properties. The surface of the product has a protective layer with strong UV resistance. The double protection makes the product have higher anti-aging performance. It is suitable for all kinds of bad weather and can be used for a long time at -50 °C to + 160 ° C environment, the protection grade IP54, maintaining good physical and mechanical properties, the cabinet has a long service life and maintenance-free. 
3, Easy to install and transport. The cabinet adopts a combination of plate structure, modular installation, suitable for handling, simple installation, and can be assembled and disassembled on site.
4, Insulation and anti-condensation. SMC composite material is a poor conductor of heat, high temperature resistance and low heat deformation rate, can reduce the influence of environmental temperature difference on the interior of the box, and can effectively reduce the condensation and frosting inside the box compared with the metal material box.
5,Beautiful shape and anti-theft: unique and beautiful shape, beautify the urban environment. Since the SMC composite material is a thermosetting composite material, no one recycles it, effectively preventing theft of the cabinet.

Operating conditions:

a) Typical maximum altitude for installation above sea level is 2000 m. 
ab Air temperature :Maximum temperature: +40ºC; Minimum temperature:-5ºC,average value over 24 hours (max.): 35ºC.
c) Humidity: Ambient clean air and when temperature is +40ºC humidity less than 50%; when temperature is lower, allow higher humidity, such as humidity can be 90% at 20ºC, Small amounts of condensation are allowed when the weather changes.

Maintenance:
After the air circuit breaker break and closed through multiple times, especially after short-circuiting, the contacts will be partially burned or carbonaceous materials will be generated, and the contact resistance will increase. Maintenance and overhaul should be carried out according to the operating instructions of the circuit breaker. After installation and maintenance, the isolation status between the functional units and the presence of debris in the equipment must be strictly checked to prevent accidents from expanding; the components of the switchgear and cabinets should be maintained and repaired in accordance with relevant regulations.
