Calcium Chloride Project:

The consumpion of HCl which is the by product from the potassium sulfate plant is a gordian knot in the chemical sector. Our company master a technology which can produce calcium chloride(granular) with the prilling tower. It is boil spray coating granulation which makes the process simple. In this process, we can use bulk limestone as raw material instead of powder limestone to reduce the cost. Also we can use high-temperature tail gas from the granulation dryer to concentrate the calcium chloride mother liquid. This technology not only recovery the waste heat but also solve the problem of removal dust. The whole process achieves maximum utilization of heat.
