There are 5 subsidiaries: Beijng Kangtai WILL Technology Co., Ltd, Shanghai Quankang Fitness Instruments Co., Ltd, Yantai Sales Co., Ltd and Kangtai Office in Japan Shiga, HK company(in building).

Shangdong Kangtai is the first massage chair manufacture in China. Kangtai has three series products: Healthy products and massage chairs account for the main part; Car seats Series and car massage products account for the main part; Automatic meters and digital hardware products. The company covers an area of 200, 000 square meters, construction area of 120, 000 square meters. Permanent assets are 1.2 billions. Kangtai has kinds of processing, testing equipments, metal cutting bed, bending machine, welding machine, punching machine and sewing & clipping machine 510 sets, which makes Kangtai is excellent at iron products, sewing products, plastic products and electric machine assemble working.

Kangtai cooperates with Panasonic for a long term and is the biggest OEM supplier in China. They communicate the QC and technology with each other, which raises Kangtai's R&D and production capacity.

Kangtai's Chinese Medical Massage Robot is listed as the key project National "863" Plan, it passed the ISO9001: 2008 \ISO14001: 2004\ISO18001: 1999\ISO/TS16949 test. The massage products got the GS, ETL, CE, RoHS certificate. Kangtai is running according to system process and using APQP, PDCA cycle management mode.
