Monthly output of plastic products can amount to 10 million pieces. The strict testing procedures have been set up for the confirmation of drawing to make, purchase of materials, test of materials, production test, first trial of mould, technological analysis, assessment and confirmation, finished test of mould, etc. The imported high-property excellent steel were adopted for the mould materials, such as NAK80 from Japan; S136 and 718H from Sweden, 1.2738 from Germany. The imported ABS, PP, PE, PVC, PET, PMMA, HDPE, PA, etc. Were adopted for the finished products to guarantee the excellent property and superior quality. The products ranges cover daily products, home electrical appliances parts, medical machinery parts and supplies, electronic parts and accessories, high-precision industrial parts, auto parts and motorcycle parts, etc.
