Dingshen Aluminium Art uses only the highest level aluminum extrusion. All of our products comply and have been designed in accordance with national standard. As well as complying, all of our products have been tested and are stamped by an engineer.
CNC punch press, CNC bending machine, CNC plasma cutting machine, cutting plate machine, multi-function engraving machine, high-efficiency CO2 welding equipment, automatic spraying process production lines and other specialized equipment, Well-equipped facilities and excellent quality control throughout all stages of production enables us to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Our process of painting the aluminum is not just typical method of powder-coating. Instead we also bake it on, for a lasting, UV resistant finish. This method of baking the paint onto the aluminum creates a maintenance free product that never rusts. Each product must have strict rust, degreasing, phosphating, air-dried, 230 º C -250 º C constant temperature curing and other complex processes before delivery.
