Founded in May 2004, the company is engaged in titanium and compound material processing, equipment manufacturing, material coating, new material research and development, and vending on its 6272 square meters plant. The company has over 80 employees; Among them are 14 R&D staff members and 17 MID and high professional title holders. The main products include titanium plate, pipe, ingot, bar, titanium products, clad material, and titanium equipment. The service areas cover both domestic market in China and overseas markets in Asia, North America, South America, Europe, Oceania, and Africa.

Patent Coating Method Manufacturing Technology for Titanium Copper Composite Bar (Publication# CN 101053925 A; CN100457364C) has been awarded Third Prize by Intellectual Property Office of Shaanxi Province. The High Precision Titanium Plate Research and Coating Method Specific Type of Titanium Clad Copper Bar have been awarded Second Prize and Third Prize by Baoji municipal government, respectively. In 2013, Jucheng has been recognized as Shaanxi Province Titanium and Titanium Alloy Industry Demo Base Key Corporate.

Patent product Titanium matrix composite pipe has been in service in Sinopec Luoyang Company, and is proven to be beneficial. The high precision titanium plate has been used by Daye Nonferrous Company, Western Copper Company, Northern Copper Company, and received positive reviews.
