Founded in 1987, Jiangsu Yunyan Printing Plate Co., Ltd. (belonging to Jiangsu Taiyi Corporation), is one of the earliest professional manufacturers of PS plates in China. Our production base covers an area of 150, 000 square meters, including a factory of 120, 000 square meters. Our company lies in Taixing, Jiangsu, Yanjiang, with Huning-Jingjia highway in the west and Jiangyin port in the east, 2 hours' drive from Shanghai. With the support of senior engineers and marketing talented persons, management and marketing, our company can produce a wide range of PS plates and UV-CTP plates with width below 1350mm and thickness between 0.15-0.30mm. Meanwhile, our company has advanced equipment--domestic first leading rolling fully enclosed and automatic high-speed production lines, and advanced technology, so we can supply the guarantee of stable manufacturing processing and good quality. Following strict quality control criteria, our products are inspected at every stage of the whole production process. Now, our product characteristics are as follows: 1. Multiple graining layers with fine structure, high resolution and good reproduction. 2. Good sensitivity, good developing latitude, good exposure ability and fine water receptivity. 3. Oxidation layer, ensuring good water retaining and durability. 4. Gas leading layer, reducing the time required for evacuation and preventing the formation of an indistinct image during printing.

The production features are as follows: Electrolytic process ensures that the graining cells of the plate are well distributed the balance of water-ink reached rapidly and maintained in the printing; Oxidation process makes the aluminum substrate hard and durable, which is greatly improve water retaining and durability of the plate.
