Faray Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., founded in March, 2005, is a Sino-Japanese joint venture company invested by Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau SINOPEC, Labors Union Committee of General Engineering Machinery of Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau, Dongying District State-Assets Operation Co., Ltd (Chinese Parties accounting for 75% of the registered capital). It has built a first High Frequency Electric Resistance Welding production line which can manufacture N80 grade steel casing by introducing the most advanced technology and equipments. The ERW production line has the annual capacity of 120, 000 ton of every kind of ERW pipe with outer diameter from 114.3 to 355.6mm, and the largest length to 15m. The products include H40, J55, K55, N80 petroleum casingfollowingAPI 5CT standard, X80 and below X80 per API 5L, and transportation line pipe per standard of GB/T9711.1-1997 and GB/T9711.2-1999.

The company possesses advanced facilities, technology, as well as complete set of inspection instruments. In October 2006, we passed the auditing of API authentication, obtaining API5L & API5CT certificates, and meanwhile we were awarded ISO9001 Quality Management system certificate, after successfully establishing quality management system and environmental occupational health&safety management system within the company.
