Chengdu First Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., founded in 1993, is located in the north area of Modern Industrial Park, Gaoxing District, Chengdu, covering 12, 000 square meters with invested capital of US$ 300 million. We have 8 producing lines for various color master batches, and our output is up to 8, 000t/year.

Our company has grown to be the largest producing base of master batches in southwest China. We understand the application of plastic field deeply, and provide better technique service and support for our customers. To ensure the quality, we have the professional extruding line from the biggest extruder manufacturer in the world - "Coperion" in Germany, and update the inspection equipment and color-matching methods. Meanwhile, we cooperate with higher education institutions and global large-sale suppliers, and have improved the steady performance of our products greatly.

We manufacture almost 200 products including master batches, plastic macromolecule special additive, and function modified materials. Our products are widely used in food, medicine packing, plastic toys, food packing, equipment, hot and cold water supplying facility, pipes, plastic doors and windows for construction, film and plastic complex products, and more.

Master batch series

We import advanced color matching software, perfect material scatter technology, and plastic color up technology, to produce anti-aging, anti-burning, color-faking, degradation, and anti-fog master batches and fibre and cable master batches based on PE, PP, PS, AS, ABS, and other series. These series are extensively used for blowing, injection, drawing, spinning, coating, stretching, and co-extrusion molding. There are many advantages in our products, including high concentration, high dispersancy, low cost, and good condition. Our products meet related national codes. Especially, our black master batches have gained independent intellectual property rights, enjoying good reputation from global customers.

Additive series

We provide various special additive and function materials for all buyers, including organic pigment and abio-pigment, fluorescent whitener, light stability agent, ultraviolet absorber, antioxidant, antistatic agent, titanium pigment, color concentrate, fire retardant, brightener, lubricant, clearer, dispersant, heat stabilizer, flexibilizer, streaming agent, and antifogging agent.
