Jackel International (Asia) Limited Was Formed With A Main Responsibility To Source, Supply And Manufacture For The Group.

In The Early 80's, Guiness Decided To Re-Focus Back To Their Core Business And Offered The Group For Sale. By This Time, Jackel Had Grown Substantial In Size And Difficult To Be Sold As A Whole. It Was Eventually Parceled Out Through Individual Management Buy-Out. The Usa Operation Came Under Hasbro And The Brand Became Tommee Tippee Playskool And Later, Playskool. Jackel In Uk And Australia Continue To Market Under The Original Brand Although Both Companies Are Independent Of One Another. Others Followed The Same Direction Or Changed Their Names.

We In Hong Kong Also Became Independent And By This Time, Owned And Operated Our Own Manufacturing Facilities Developed Under The Auspices Of Johnson & Johnson For Their Child Development Program. This Expanded To Become A Private Label Manufacturer For Many Of Today's Brand Leaders, Including The First Years, Safety 1st. In Growing, Our Own Jackel Group Of Companies Was Formed With Increased Presence In Asia And Usa.
