JNSY Technology Co., Ltd was founded in July, 2008, there are 4 engineering and technical workers, 7 mold production workers, 10 stamping technical workers, and 5 quality control workers. The complete staffing is the foundation of technology development for new products, achievement of production tasks and security of product quality.

The company covers an area of 800 square metres, with 6 continuous pneumatic punches, surrounding is fully furnished; there are 2 CNC machines in the tool room, other facilities are well-equipped; therefore it can guarantee the implementation process of the molds and products.

At the inception of the company, the technology-win development policy had been determined. The technical staffs face the technical problems bravely, the company also invest in the industrial technical problems at any cost in order to grasp technical solutions as many as possible. Now the manipulator feeding, continuous feeding positioning, and multi-station stretch etc. has been mastered in series. While the technical problems are continuously studying, the conception of technological progress has been established among all staffs in the company, and then the present producing products have achieved a large breakthrough in the production technology. Thanks to the application of mold technology, operating system and automated production, one of the products increases steadily three times in use efficiency, therefore improves the company's competitiveness in the market.

We have employed managerial personnel who have got abundant Japanese business management experience to administer the factory in order to meet the long-term management plan, thereby to let the company gain high-quality, low-cost competitiveness in the management.

Presently we can provide the Sony company with stable, high-quality products, the most hardware of Sony company's headset in market is made in our factory. The exterior parts are already our mature products, we are now conducting a more difficult exploitation in stretch products so as to provide electronic and communication products for the most well-known brands.
