We have three types of brick making production lines, YXQT4-15, YXQT6-15, and YXQT8-15. What's the difference between them?  The main difference is the production speed, and the machine dimensions. YXQT8-15 is the largest one with the highest speed and YXQT4-15 is the smallest one with the lowest speed. They are all crafted by using the same steel, electronic components and technology. You can choose the most appropriate production line according to your budget, workshop area and your demand for production speed. We can also give you recommendations, if you like, according to your actual situation. Besides, we can also customize the production line according to your requirement.
 
Product Description
This concrete brick production line consits of Loader, Batching Machine, Mixer, Belt Conveyor, Automatic Pallet Loader, Moulding Unit, Hydraulic Pressure Unit, Control Cabinet,  Palletizer,Fork Lift. 
 
It can be used to manufacturing baking-free brick, such as Hollow Brick, Cement Brick, Breeze Block, Cinder Block, and Concrete Pavers.With different moulds, this production line can make all of the common shaped bricks.
 
There's a wide range of raw materials that can be made into bricks by this production line. Our engineers can recommend the best raw material ratio according to your actual situation.

The steel we use to craft this production line is of 8 mm thick, which explains its total weight of 12.5 tons. All different parts are joined by welding, not by soldering, which, together with the thick steel, makes the production line more resistible to vibration during the production.

Belt Conveyor
 
 
 
The belt conveyor is equipped with V-shaped belt, which guarantees a stable transmission of the mixed raw material.
 
The driven system of the belt conveyor consists of decelerator, variable frequency motor, encoder, and frequency convertor, which makes the running of the conveyor very smooth, controls the speed of the conveyor precisely, and also prolongs the lifetime of the motor.. The decelerator and variable frequency motor are integrated into one unit, which can largely facilitate the installation on site. 
 
Automatic Pallet Loader
 
 
 
The automatic pallet loader is a stand-alone machine, and it can be easily fitted into the production. With this automatic pallet loader, you can largely improve the automation of the production line and speed up your production. However, if you're on a tight budget and your local labor cost is not very high, you can just skip this machine and load the pallet manually.
 
Moulding Unit
 
 
The moulding unit is the core part of the production line.
 
The guide pillar is made of solid steel and coated with hard chrome, therefore, it can resist rust and stronger vibration and last longer without deformation.
 
 
Made of high carbon steel, the mould has a lifetime of twenty thousand cycles. 
The moulding unit is equipped with high-sensitive sensors to halt it, if there is any fault.   
 
 
Hydraulic Pressure Unit
 
 
 
The proportional valve and magnetic valve used are from HNC.
It is equipped with variable frequency motor.
The single hose design makes the unit more consistent and gives it a longer lifetime.
 
Control Cabinet
