Founded in July 2002, is a flexible packaging manufacturer specialized in the research, development, production, sales and service of multi-layer coextrusion cast barrier film. We are located in Qianku Industrial Zone of Wenzhou, covering an area of 18, 000 sq. M plant. At present, we're equipped with 4 seven layer blown film machines, 2 shrink film lines and 1 nine layer COLLINS cast line from Itay. The blown lines are designed for water immersion as a cooling process, while the cast line featured in evenly thickness. Chuangjia supply medium and high barrier vacuum bags, retort bags, thermoforming films and tubular films with PA PE, PA CPP, PA EVOH PE, PA EVOH CPP structures using original raw materials for different application, such as meat\seafood\diary and medical in a wide variety of sizes. Ln order to ensure the quality of products the company has also facilitied with layer thickness tester\tensile tester\friction co-efficient instrument. We've also deveoped embossed vacuum pouch with crisscross pattern for your selection. We're expecting to reach a big capacity of 9, 600 ton per year in the near future.
