In August 2007, Jinbao has moved to MECOME Industrial Zone, a modern garden-style plant with beautiful scenery and facilities of amusement, covering an area of 50, 000 square meters. To meet the demands of manufacturing, we have purchased a number of new equipment, such as 7 imported CNC machining centers, more than 200 WEDM, EDM, CNC lathes, grinding machines and digital multi-purpose milling machines, as well as many imported injection machines of various sizes, capable of producing plastic parts weighing less than 2000g and 0.2mm-thickness.

With regard to water packaging, Zhongfu, Yonglong, Tianwaitian, GuanChang and other companies adopted our moulds of various types of 5 gallon barrel smart cover(thrust cover, multi-purpose cover). The covers produced with our mould are smooth in feel, bright in color and without oil stain. The sealability and waterproofing performance reach above 98%. The covers are for single use and can be thrust open easily. It effectively prevents the drinking water from secondary pollution. In medical packaging, the dosing and transfusion plug we designed and manufactured are well acknowledged and praised by related person in the Ministry of Health. In addition, the company also has an absolute advantage in cosmetics packaging.
