We are devote ourself to research and develop Submerged Arc Welding products 20 years, we have two automatic production lines for agglomerated fluxes and one line for fused fluxes, with an annual output of 20, 000 tons of saw fluxes and 10, 000 tons of saw wires, we bulid all new laboratory for raw materials analysis that keep high quality strictly, and new laboratory for mechanical properties test, and a small workshop for welding demonstration only.

Our fluxes are widely using for general steel structural fabrications like LJ-SJ101, LJ-SJ301, LJ-HJ431, for high tensile strength steels and spiral welding of API grade pipes or water pipes like LJ-SJ101G, it is similar to Esab Ok. 10.71, it offer the low-melting slag system produces wide flat welds with superior resistance to cracks and pockmaking, for bridge fabrications like LJ-SJ101Q, for small gas cylinders and tanks is LJ-SJ501(similar to Lincolnweld 780) and LJ-SJ503(similar to Lincolnweld 760), specially we are main improving the flux LJ-SJ112(equal to Lincolnweld 880) use with both solid and flux cored wires for hardfacing/clading of wear plates and all kinds of rollers etc., and the stainless steel flux is LJ-SJ601 and new develop flux LJ-SJ210P for wind tower fabrications, also our fluxes suitable for power station boilers, rail cars, pressure vessels, ship buildings, petroleum and chemical industries, metallurgical industries, heavy machines and offshore drilling platforms etc.
