The headquarters of Shandong Jiahua Refractory Group Co., Ltd. is located in the Boshan District of Shandong Province, where it is surrounded by mountains with rich minerals. Boshan District has unique refractory resources, being especially famous for its kaolins.

We have been engaged in the refractory industry for nearly 20 years. There are two production lines for silica bricks, one production line for high alumina bricks, two production lines for clay bricks and two production lines for other refractory materials at our facilities. Our production base for silica bricks is located in Xin'an County of Luoyang City, where our annual output value has reached nearly USD2, 500, 000. In total we have more than 70 sets of large equipment and eighteen sets of kilns including one 177 meter long tunnel kiln, three 88 meter long tunnel kilns, twelve 280 cubic meter inverted flame kilns and two shuttle kilns.

Our annual production capacity is up to 80, 000 metric tons of silica bricks, 30, 000 metric tons of clay bricks, 5, 000 metric tons of high alumina bricks and 10, 000 metric tons of clinker bricks. In addition, we also output 5, 000 metric tons of insulation materials and 5, 000 metric tons of other refractory materials annually.

There are more than 1, 100 employees including 38 with senior titles and 66 with middle titles in our company. Through years of rich manufacturing experience, we now have in place a strict management and quality guarantee systems. Due to the partnership with Wuhan Scientific & Technical University, Anshan Coking and Refractory Engineering Consulting Corporation and Luoyang Refractory Research Institute, our product quality is continually improves and we develop new items constantly.

We have complete functional departments to control the production process. Our production and technology department is in charge of execution of production plans and technology. Meanwhile, our quality inspection department monitors quality using our in-house laboratory equipped with advanced testing instruments. Every link of production including granularity, alkalinity, density, physical-chemical index and composition of raw materials is closely inspected.
