Jiangxi JMCG Axle Gear Co., Ltd is a state-owned factory specializing in spiral bevel gears of axles since 2004. It is located in Nanchang, a famous historic and cultural city in Jiangxi province, China.
Our factory covers 85, 538 square meters. There are 125 staffs including 22 engineers and 43 technicians. All the staffs are well-trained. We have advanced gear equipment, most of them are imported from Gleason and Ipsen. For the high quality production, there are CNC hypoid cutting machine, IPSEN Double-row Continuous Furnace, Box-type furnace and Gleason Quenching Press Machine CNC Smart lapping machines, CNC hypoid bevel gear grinding machine (we are also the first automobile gear manufacturer who imported the 275HG grinding machine in China). For the strict quality control, there are Sigma7 Gear Analysis Center, Gleason 600HTT CNC testing machine, Gleason 360T CNC testing machine, Klingelnberg T50 CNC testing Machine etc.
Annually we can manufacture about 400, 000 sets of Spiral Bevel Gears. Our products are mainly used in automobile industry such as MPV, SUV, high quality pickup truck & UTE and in mechanical industry & agricultural mechanical industry. With a good reputation, we are also supplier of Dana, ZF, Carraro, JMCG etc. We sincerely hope to cooperate with customers from all over the world and lead to a win-win era.
