Our main product Travel and Swing reduction gearboxes are already reached more than 100 models including: Komatsu, Hitachi, Sumitomo, Kato, Kobelco, Daewoo, Hyundai, Samsung, Volvo, Caterpillar and other international brands and XCMG, Liugong, Xiagong, Sunward, Sany and other domestic brands. Total more than 5000 kinds of gear accessories such as: Planetary gear, Sun gear, Gear Ring, RV Gears, Swing Shaft, Crankshafts, Carriers, Carrier Assembly, Bearings, Housings, Covers, etc. The full range of gears will meet the customers' needs.
The company has over 150 sets of high-precision equipments including
CNC hobbing machines, CNC shaving machines, PFAUTER and HOFLER CNC grinding machines from Gearmany, etc. The company has two production lines: Gears hobbing shaving and gears hobbing grinding. Gears heat treatment using a vacuum carburizing furnace, not only energy saving, but also clean appearance, small deformation, reliable intrinsic quality.
The company has a professional technical development, quality control and production management team, equipped with material analyzers, the heat treatment metallographic analyzers, gear inspection centers and a series of high-precision testing equipments.
