Our company occupies 12, 000sq. M with aggregate of 300 trained employees. Most facilities of mould department were imported from USA, Japan and Europe, there are the latest Haas hi-speed precision CNC machining center, Sodick wire cut machine, mirror finishing CNC EDM with C axis, etc.

At our company we fully test all moulds in-house and trials are conducted on state of the art machines and ancillary equipment. Trial reports and process data are provided to the client for rapid start up and all clients can be assured of tight quality control that guarantees an excellent product. Mold trial samples will be provided together with inspection reports.
