Jin gang ceramic foam filter are products based on 50 years ceramic production, technology, r&d of foshan ceramics research institute plus absorbing latest achievements of ceramic foam filter development in the country & abroad, adopting modern & unique techniques. It is well known for its high porosity, high thermal stability & efficient in purifying the metal flow. The products have been exported to more than 30 countries e. G. Usa, japan, italy, uk, india etc, end users including toyota & fiat.
Compared with traditional filtering materials, jin gang ceramic foam filter is not only with characteristics of high porosity (70%-95%), low loss of pressure, large specific surface, high mechanical strength & non-reacting with the molten metal being filtered in high temperature, but also with properties of easy operation, energy saving & low cost. It can improve the cast quality in large scale & reduce the inferior rate.
