Wujiang Idear Textile Co., Ltd. is located in famous China's Oriental Silk Capital - Shengze, Wujiang, Jiangsu. Our company is close to Jinghang River and Shanghai City, and enjoys pleasant climate and convenient transportation. This makes Shengze become a modern textile base in the east of China and the traffic hinge of Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province and Shanghai.

Our company is an all-around modern enterprise of weaving, dying & printing, trade and service. Currently, we have 300 advanced water looms, 80 air-jet looms, 10 warp knitted machine and one set of high speed warper from South Korea. Meanwhile, we have related finishing machines, such as brushing machines from Italy (up to 280cm), sizing machines from Korea (up to 360cm), coating machines (up to 240cm) and printing machines (up to 280cm) from Taiwan Area. We have top skilled workers and professional managers, who are the persistent power for the continual development of our enterprise.

We mainly produce each kind of fabric for garment, home textiles, and out-door facility, including 100% polyester fabric, 100% nylon fabric and interwoven fabric (nylon cotton fabric, cotton nylon fabric, polyester cotton fabric, nylon polyester fabric and polyester nylon cotton fabric). Each fabric can be treated with different finish.

1) Apparel fabric:

B. Imitated silk fabric: Polyester satin, georgette, chiffon, koshibo and chiffon yoryu fabric

2) Home Textile Fabric:
A. Polyester suede (warp suede, weft suede, knitted suede and cotton suede)
B. N/P corduroy (w corduroy, corn corduroy and spandex corduroy)
C. Wider N/P taffeta, wider satin, wider peach skin, organza, flocking fabric, embroidery fabric and bronzing fabric

3) Functional Fabric:
FR fabric, wind-proof fabric, UV resistant fabric, cire fabric, moisture absorption fabric, coated fabric (up to 10000mm), bonded fabric and, washed fabric, breathable fabric, PU/PVC leather
4). Outdoor fabric:
Flag fabric, tent fabric, umbrella fabric, parachute fabric, kite fabric, bag fabric and raincoat fabric

5) New Products:
We will develop new products according to the request of customers & market and the trend of fashion.

As for production, we have a whole detailed process: Quality approval - lab-DIP approval -greige fabric production - greige fabric inspection - dyeing, printing & other finishing - packing - product delivery. The whole production process is followed up by skilled workers to ensure product quality. Meanwhile, we are trying to develop new products for our customers and offer perfect after-sales service. Our product is AZO free and can reach standard of ISO9001 and can pass the tests held by SGS and ITS Agencies. Due to this, our products are favored by customers from both domestic & overseas markets. So far, we have widely exported our products to the USA, the EU, South Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
