Established in 1995, Cangzhou Junda Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. (Junda for short) covers 43, 000 square meters with fixed assets of 10 million RMB. Situated in Buzhai Industrial Zone, Mengcun Hui Nationality Autonomous Region (Named as Elbow and Pipe Fittings Capital), Hebei Province. To the east is Huanghua Port and to the north is Beijing & Tianjin, which provide us predominant condition and convenient traffic. At present, we have 185 employees including 35 professional technicians and 18 advanced technicians.

Junda is the professional factory in making steel pipe and fittings based on strong technology background. The company possesses of advanced flange and pipe fittings production lines and the consummate techniques such as forging, forging & pressing, intermediate frequency pushing, machine processing, cold formation, heat extrusion and treatment, etc. We have the capability for chemical analysis, metallographic test, physical test, nondestructive detection. We can produce different specification high, medium, and low pressure pipe fittings (flange, elbow, T-joints, convergent pipes, pipe cap, big elbow, socket joints) in stainless steel, alloy steel and carbon steel according to national and international standards for over 20, 000 Ton per year.

Besides that, the company holds 2 hot-expanding production lines (High-frequency implicit butt weld pipe production line, automatic intermediate-frequency high temperature anneal, 315 Ton hydraulic pressure straightener, hydrostatic pressure test), and the annual production capacity is more than 40, 000 Ton...Hot rolled perforation cold-drawing production line (including hot rolled perforation set, pickling and phosphating treatment, alternating double cores cold-drawing machine, automatic temperature-controlled revolving temper oven, seven rollers straightener, vortex destructive detection), can produce steel pipe in specification (Dia. 12-76) according to the executive standard GB/T8162-1999, GB/T8163-1999, GB/T3087-1999. And the annual production capacity is over 20, 000 Ton. At the same time, we can make customized products in various type and wall thickness.
