Hygood is established by a group of professionals who, with highest aspiration and innovative spirits, are committed to the development of China's Aluminum Nitride industry. In 2008, Beijing Hygood was firstly founded in Beijing Zhongguancun Science &Technology Park. Hygood's core focus is high-volume Aluminum Nitride (AlN) ceramic substrate manufacturing, a sunrise industry, which is included in the Torch Program project and energetically and financially supported by the government. AlN substrate has high thermal conductivity, low dielectric constant, good insulation and some other excellent properties. Therefore, it becomes the best choice for a wild range of heat dissipation and packaging materials used in the new generation of LED lighting, large scale integrated circuit, semiconductor module circuit and so on.

Hygood, with strong technical forces, explores not only in manufacturing but also in the Research & Development. During the initial days of establishment, Hygood spent 25million yuan introducing many fundamental facilities from abroad and setting up an automatic production line with 1000 square meters annual output of AlN substrates. Hygood put into mass production and sales in Aug. 2010. With the expansion of the market, Hygood selected Wuxi to further explore new production line in Oct. 2011. This new production line holds a perfect substrate test ability which can test all kinds of its performance properties and its annual production capacity is expected to reach 5000 square meters.

Hygood provides various specifications of AlN, including As-Fired, Lapped, and Polished. Its thickness covers from 0.38mm (15 mil) to 6mm (240mil) and the largest size up to 127 mm* 177.8mm (5"*7"). Different shapes and diameter products are available via laser scribing, drilling or customize.

So far, Hygood has formed Wuxi(headquarter) and Beijing(R&D center) strategy pattern, with a total investment of over billion yuan, employees over one hundred, and one pH. D tutor, one pH. D, and four masters among them. We provides about 6000square meters of AlN substrate and related products each year and our extensive distribution network covers many areas at home and abroad, through mainland, USA, Germany, Taiwan, Korea, Poland, HK and so on.
