During the short three years, the Howell International Electronic Co., Ltd chanced its public image from "a follower "to "a leader", especially in DVR cards field. In August of 2005, HAWELL DVR card with Philip chipset launched the market. About four months later, the similar DVR cards were found in local and overseas market, some of them are using software with "HAWELL" logo.
