Hubei DEFON Heat Exchanger Co...Ltd (former name Hubei DENGFENG Heat Exchanger Co...Ltd) is located at Daye city, 70km from Wuhan. The mission of DEFON is the energy saving and emission reduction.

We are specialists in R&D, design and manufacture of high efficient heat exchangers. DEFON is a strategic partner of Sinopec, China Military industry, Railway ministry, China Shipping Company. China Power Companies etc. Our main products are classified as shell and tube type, finned type, tube and strip type, plate fin type, plate type, fuel oil and lube oil separator, adjusting and supplying system, oil system modules. We have 230 engineers and technicians. Our heat exchangers have obtained one national science honor, 11 ministry achievement honors, 17 municipal achievements and 13 national patents. Our high efficiency products were honored as "China Top Brand" in 2007. We pay much attention to machines and tools investment and have more than 400 units of machines, 50 units of them are specially for pressure vessel manufacturing, and we also have several high automatic production lines. Our products can meet the requirements of different fluids, such as normal condition, high temperature, high pressure, corrosive gas and fluid mass and are widely applied in petrochemical, metallurgy, marine, diesel engine, locomotive, power generation, compressor, process engineering industries.

We employ high talent people and specialist experts, have established partnership cooperation with Chinese specialized universities and research institutes to keep our leading position in advanced technology and manufacture process etc We have founded a thermal performance testing platform, material chemical laboratory and mechanical test laboratory. Our products are exported to USA, Europe, Japan, India and we receive good feedback from customers like GE, ALSTOM, Cameron Compression Systems, Ingersoll-Rand Technologies, Siemens, Man T&D, Wartsila etc.

Our HSE and Quality Management systems are in line with international systems. We have obtained ISO9001: 2000. IS014001: 2004, ISO/TS16949, GJB9001A: 2001 quality system certificates, and have got CCS Works Approval. Now we have the design and production qualification for Class II pressure vessel. Quality certificates like marine inspection, fishery inspection, military inspection and labor inspection could be supplied as per customer requirement. Inspection certificates such as GL, LR, ABS, BV, NK, DNV. RINA could also be offered for exported products. Our products are designed and manufactured as per standards and codes such as ASME, GB151, GB/T15386, GB/T2497, CB/T3866, CB3300.1-3300.3, JB/T2728.5, JB/T4717, HG20582, HG20584, GB16409, JB/ZQ4004 and JB/T7536 etc.
