We have strict Quality Control system:
Raw Material QA: We collect all the MTC(Mill Test Certificate) from our supplier and check all the dimensions according to drawings.
Production Process QC: We have professional QC persons controlling all the process from cutting, pressing, welding to finishing, with advanced Test Jigs. And rejected all the unqualified products.
Assembling Check: Before packing the finish products, we assemble all the products to make sure all the products from our factory are easy to manage.
Tracking: We track the quality of all the products with our clients.
International Standard: All products are strictly conformed to international standard of BS1139 or EN 74.
