Part One: History
Zhaoqing Huafa Food Co., Ltd. set up shop in Guangfu South Road, Liwan District, Guangzhou City in 1978. Now it has inherited two generations and supplies Zongzi, yellow cake, glutinous rice chicken and other packaged products of Guangzhou Restaurant all the year round. With the expansion of the scale of Guangzhou Restaurant and deeper cooperation between the two sides, a factory was set up in Dasha Town, Sihui City in 1998, becoming the three major suppliers of Zongzi of Guangzhou Restaurant. The factory provides comprehensive OEM services for large clients such as Emperor Huang, Crown Holiday, Star River Bay, and Quxiang, while also supplying customers such as Marriott, Hilton, Wyndham, InterContinental, Sunac, Zhejiang Grand Hotel, and Guomao Group, forming a food enterprise that integrates production, sales, and service.
2: Process
Huafa Food's OEM inherits exquisite craftsmanship, receives research and development funding support from Guangzhou restaurants, improves quality control, pursues ultimate taste and perfect craftsmanship, and vacuum and sterilization technology is at the forefront in China.
Under the continuous guidance and supervision of Guangzhou Restaurant, advanced machinery and equipment have been introduced, management methods have been improved, and food safety certification and ISO22000-2018 management system certification have been obtained. Combining traditional formulas with modern techniques, we strive for healthy and stable food quality through the selection and traceability of raw materials, production and monitoring of products, standardized and clean packaging, factory re inspection, sample retention of finished products, and tracking of arrivals.
Three: Equipment
Huafa Food is a modern factory that integrates hygiene, safety, and technology. The factory building is constructed in accordance with national food enterprise standards and Guangzhou restaurant requirements, and continuous investment is made to develop and improve it. We currently have multiple hanging basket steaming and boiling pots, automatic sterilization pots, vacuum packaging machines, automatic forming machines, automatic packaging machines, puff pastry machines, rotary furnace production lines, and layer furnace production lines; The management team of the company is determined to make progress and plans to achieve full automation of preparation, packaging, and transportation within 5 years, achieving the goal of "what people don't have, I have, and what people have, I excel".
Four: Products
Huafa Food strictly selects packaging material suppliers and applies for vacuum and sterilization technology patents. The packaging safety and complaint rate are far lower than peers.
Zongzi: All the raw materials are from the designated suppliers of Guangzhou Restaurant, and the process technology does not need to be added. It can be kept at room temperature for more than half a year. The vacuum packaging is made of five layers of thickened K-nylon, with a friction damage rate lower than 1/6 of traditional manufacturers, and is delivered directly by professional logistics or trucks. Zhaoqing wrapped steamed zongzi continues the traditional local craftsmanship and is made purely by hand. Various raw materials are wrapped layer by layer, and the taste is distinct, making it more unique and high-end.
Mooncakes: Carefully select suppliers, use high-end raw materials, directly source Hong Kong Meimei flour, Crown peanut oil, Guangjiu mooncake syrup, and high-end pure filling. Every batch of raw materials entering the factory can be traced back to the finished product, and every batch of finished products should be sampled and thoroughly tested before leaving the factory, in order to pursue long-term cooperation with stable quality.
