We established in 2004, is a professional comprehensive corporation which is involving forging, machining, heat treatment, inspection and international trading.
We are consists of 2 plants; Forging plant and maching plant. It also has professional heat treatment center and perfect testing center.
The forging plant has 2 lines of advanced forging equipments. The auto parts production and forging parts can be produced about 3000 tones (the weight is from 0.1kgs to 30kgs) annually. The key equipments are die hammers, friction presses, punching machines, trimming machines, CNC machines, machining centers, intermediate frequency furnaces, continuous heat treatment line etc. The products are made from mild carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel, etc.
The machining plant has the qualified ability of machining batch products and packing individually. It provides with a couple of CNC, digital controlled lathes, digital controlled milling machines, milling machines, drilling machines, tapping machines and ordinary lathes. Now the machining plant is able to machine more than 40 kinds of products.
We always cherish quality as life. In order to guarantee quality, we obey the TS strictly and equip with the spectrometer, CMM, metallurgical cope, crack-magnetic detector, supersonic crack detector, infrared pyrometer, hardness bridge sorting maching, temperature segregation machine etc. Also we can do proof load test, chemical test, physical property test and CMM test for raw material and finished parts.
In 2008, we took the lead in establishing the ERP system in the forging and casting industry of our province. We are doing our best to be a competitive and top-ranking international corporation.
