Shanghai Jing Gang Mechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd is a comprehensive mechanical manufacturer integrated with casting, forging and mechanical manufacture. We have three forging production lines, heat treatment equipment, and mould processing equipment including 16 types of CNC machining center, 14 types of NC lathe; 4 sets of wire electric discharge machine, 7 sets of electric pulse, 20 sets of ordinary lathe, milling, drilling and punch etc. We also have a team of technical people who have mastered the modern design and process.

As we have been engaging in international OEM business over a long period of time; Meanwhile, all kinds of our product are mainly exported to European and American countries, we have formed the customer oriented principle in our production and service. We consistently embody and carry out our value conception that customers demand is the priority in our design, production, delivery and quality control. Our company has passed the approval of ISO9001: 2000 in the design and producing of forging, casting, machine processing and heat treatment.

We currently have six professional designers who are proficient in machine processing and manufacturing. They also master CAD, CAM, manufacturing simulation, finite element analysis and other means of modern machine processing. We now have more than 80 people in our production and administration team.
