Control theory
The controller is a equipment of keeping temperature value needed , it detects hot runner plate temperature mainly by MCU,and then internaldata is processed by MCU for appropriately proportional output current to control temperature . Accuracy and stability are determined by the following :

1> Detection temperature : Temperature is determined by sample cycle parameter and data dealing ;
Accuracy is determined by measurement circuit temperature compensation.

2> PID control:  It shows output voltage proportion ,related parameter proportion ,integrate time
and differential time

3> PIDD control : Controls related parameter proportion, integrate time, differential time

4> Auto-tuning :
it provedes functions of leading factors ( hot palymer and heat dissipation ) by analysing
heater'capacitor and mold'thermal parameter . No matter how the enviroment changes , it will be helpful for accurate controlling .

5> Output mode : it can be changed according to enviroment

.PWM(PIDD) mode : it can reach exact temperature controlling , but the noise of power is much bigger than SSR mode ,
.SSR(PID) mode :  the noise of current is small , but controlling temperature capability is weaker than PWM
