Ceramic fiber filter is a porous filter which integrates the functions of dedusting, desulfurization, denitrification, de-acid gas, de-dioxin and so on. Its maximum long-term use temperature is up to 1100º C, and it is acid-alkali corrosion resistant and thermal shock resistant.
Our ceramic fiber filter is suitable for glass furnace, cement kilns, coking plants, thermal power plants, waste incinerators and other industries. It can effectively help enterprise reduce the emission of the air pollutants, meet the environmental protection requirement of governments, and even achieve extreme lower emission than the governments requirements. Using our ceramic fiber filter, there is no need to install cyclone dust precipitators, electrostatic precipitation (ESP) and other equipment. There is no sewage generated and the heat energy in the gas could be reused directly, which could greatly reduce the overall area of the system, the initial redundant equipment investment and subsequent operation and maintenance costs.
