Founded in 1993, Jinhua Chengkai Copper Lead Metal Strip Co., Ltd. is a new-tech enterprise of Zhejiang Province. Chengkai Company is the member of Friction and Invalidation Analysis Institution of China Gas Engine Bearing Committee, and is professional in researching, developing, producing and selling copper lead metal strip, the special material for sliding bearing of gas engine.

In 2001, the company imported the production line a technology of water pulverized copper base alloy powder from America, which expanded the production of copper base alloy powder in domestic market. Copper base alloy powder, together with copper lead metal strip, are provided to manufacturers of gas engine bush, lining and thrust plate throughout China, and highly appreciated by customers. Copper lead metal strip is a new generation of bush material. It is mainly used for producing the main bush, connecting rod bush and connecting rod lining on gas engine of car, carrying truck, engineering machine and vehicle for agricultural use. In recent years, it is also widely used in home electrical appliances and motorcycles.

We company already set up a perfect quality management system to further improve product's quality. We have many advanced quality equipments, such as electrolysis apparatus, sub-sample screen, and so on. Recently, we have passed the ISO/TS16949: 2002.
