The spun-bond production line of Hongda brought in advanced equipments from China and foreign countries with productive techniques of double die heads and whole width drafting. It products 6000ton spun-bond fabrics per year with 3.2m maximum width and 20-200 gsm weight sphere.

The spun-lace production line with 1800ton annul yield, 2.2m maximum width and 30-100 gsm weight sphere adopts the workmanship of double carding web formation, being reinforced by the connection of round and flat lapping as well as the combination of drying cylinder and hot-air's two-time drying processes, it equiped sizing and printing equipments for deep-processing procedure.
