Year of 2006, ZHIGAO factory cooperated with a top ice-hockey league player who had worked in China national ice hockey team to develop hockey stick, use materials of HTS(hyper-tensile strength) carbon fibers are the material use in spaceship, the fibers are laminated with a multi-component resin system making an optimal lamination on shaft and blade, to prevent the trapping of air bubbles while drying which would weaken the laminates, the sticks are subjected to a vacuum environment. This is the same procedure as used to make aircraft components.
