Our largest mould can reach 2 m length. 2 m width, 8 ton weight, and the smallest precise one is 105 mm length, 150mm width. During the manufacturing process, we consistently choose internationally recognized pure steel of high- quality and up-to-date mechanical equipment: 6 sets of CNC machine\15 sets of electric discharge machine\8 sets of wire cutting machine\20 sets of milling machine\12 sets of different sized grinding machine \8 sets of injection machine varying from 88 ton to 600 ton in weight.
