2. The line consists of bottle unscrambler, Electronic counter, Inserter (Desiccant, Cotton and paper), Capper, Sealer and Labeler.
3. Accurate in counting. The discrepancy rate is lower than national standard.
4. High-intelligence. Intelligent design of each machine with interactive operating multi-language panel. Can save 10-20 kinds of different operating parameters and easy to load for different products. Self-diagnose, displays errors and makes alarm. Well cooperation between each machines and the whole line.
5. High efficiency. Task purposed design, easy to operate, to adjust. To clean and to maintain. Low working cost, low maintain cost. 3 workers will be enough to operate.
