Pangea Holdings Limited (Pangea) was established in 2003. The company is specialized in providing professional services for its clients, subsidiaries and associated companies in all key areas of sourcing, manufacturing, and supply chain management. We help our clients and their subsidiaries with sourcing for all categories of manufactured products and components, by-passing all traditional middlemen and thereby achieving direct control, transparency and significant cost savings.

The founding partners of Pangea have accumulated more than 50 years of general management, corporate structuring and restructuring, logistics, distribution, and sales & marketing experience in China/Taiwan, Europe and North America with clients and companies such as Lego, Hasbro, M&M/Mars, TV Shopping Network (HSN), Otto Versand and Spiegel Catalog.

The members of Pangea management team also have substantial China sourcing and supply chain management experience derived through work for clients such as Staples, Bacardi Rum and Wal-Mart suppliers, Umbra, Danish Supermarket Group, etc.

Pangea is the parent company of Motherwear International Limited, a leader in direct sales of clothing for breastfeeding mothers. Pangea partners are also investment partners in Spiegel and Newport News catalogs together with Golden Gate Capital, and Pangea is a partner in Frederick Cooper LLC together with Chicago based McNally Investments.
