Huate Electric has been committed to research and development liquid thermal management system for lithium battery pack used in electric vehicles and plug-in electric vehicles. As a specialist in both electric vehicles and lithium battery application, we screen best cells and pack them with our liquid thermal management system for OEMs, the range of the temperature inside the pack will be controlled within 2-3º C whatever the vehicles driving in hottest summer or coldest winter, all the cells will work under 10-30º C. Because cells always worked under suitable temperature range, the cycle life and safety are much better than those packs which take natural cooling mode. After years test, the cycle life of whole pack is more than 3000 cycles, and the pack`s fault rate is much lower than industry average. Company committed that if failure happened on the pack within 5 years or 1600 hundreds kilometer, we will replace a set of new one for our customers.

Our electric vehicle packs with thermal management system has passed Chinese national standard GB/T31485, GB/T31486, GB/T31487, the pack meet IP67, and meet all the requirements to Auto parts.
