Well-Spring Enterprise Corporation was founded in Taipei city in 1980. We started up as a small domestic trading company which imported small home appliances from Japan, along with some industrial materials, to be distributed in Taiwan domestic market. During the 1990s, with Taiwan's official equipment manufacturer (OEM) industry bloomed rapidly and expanded into greater China region and Southeast Asia, Wellspring repositioned itself as a professional electrical component marketing and distribution company, offering variety of products from industrial materials, precious metals, cables, components, and devices from Japan to variety of markets across the world.

Wellspring's vision is based on business continuity and diversity. Over the years, our customers have gradually expanded from LCD panel, mobility device, office appliance, PC/NB, and multimedia equipments, into industrial cables, constructional equipments, automobiles, and medical devices. Geographically, we have also expanded from domestic Taiwanese market into great China region, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia region.

Currently, besides our headquarter in New Taipei City, Taiwan, we also established a subsidiary trading company in China, in which it operates in both Shanghai and Shenzhen, along with an independent logistic/service center in Hong Kong. In order to better serve our customers across countries, we plan to gradually expand our locations over time.
