Jrcera zirconia blocks are made of top-quality nanometer medical grade zirconia powder. We do not just use off-shelf commercial zirconia powder, instead, we are one of the few dental zirconia manufacturers who are deeply involved in the production of the raw material of dental zirconia blocks by strictly controlling the size of crystallite, the distribution of yttrium etc. These powder is firstly compacted by cold isostatic pressing with high compressive strength and then pre-sintered to form a Jrcera zirconia block.
