Cangzhou qieernuo steel pipe Co., Ltd., situated at wugang road, yanshan county, hebei province, was founded in 2005, covering an area of 32, 000 square meters, with a construction area of 8, 000 square meters. In possession of complete and efficient quality management system and quality guarantee system, the company passed the ISO9001 quality system certification in February, 2006, operating the API5l and API5ct certification on a trial basis in 2008. With the total investment of RMB 20 million, the company possesses three advanced heat-expansion production lines, implementing GB\8163, GB\8162 and GB\3087 standards. The large-scaled seamless piercing production line, under the preparation, has a production capacity of various specifications of thick-wall seamless steel pipes, expected to launch by the end of this year.

The company has six major series of products including seamless steel pipe for low and medium pressure boilers, seamless steel pipe for high pressure boilers, seamless steel pipe for ships, seamless steel pipe for liquid conveying, seamless steel pipe for structure, and pipe accessories, manufacturing seamless steel pipes in accordance with standards like GB, ASTM, API5l, DIN, JIS, etc.

Currently, the company possesses 200 employees, including 35 engineering technicians, with enormous technical potentiality, to guarantee products conforming to standards during the process of manufacturing, setting administration office, finance dept., technology dept., quality inspection dept., supply dept., safe production office, and quality management office.

Presently, the company produces 200, 000 tons of ø 57-ø 377 hot-rolling seamless steel pipes, 60, 000 tons of ø 377-ø 63 heat-expanded steel pipes, and 30, 000 tons of ø 18-ø 168 seamless steel pipe annually. Standards of GB/t8163, API5l and API5ct are enforced in manufacturing products, which possess advantages including high intensity and high pressure resistance.
