RS series semiconductor device protection fuses manufactured by Shanghai Longmou Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as fast fuses) are suitable for short-circuit protection of rectifier diodes, thyristors and their complete set of converters consisting of semiconductor devices and some overload protection that do not allow overload current in 50 HZ AC circuits with rated voltage of 250-1000V and rated current of 30-5000A.
Fast fuses meet national standards: GB13539.1-92, GB13539.4-92 equivalent to the International Electrotechnical Commission standards; IEC269-1, IEC269-4.
The type test of the fast fuse has been carried out at the low voltage electrical apparatus test station designated by China Quality Inspection Center, and all the test items are qualified.

4. Normal working conditions:
1. The upper limit of ambient air temperature does not exceed + 40 degrees, the lower limit does not exceed - 5 degrees, the average within 24 hours does not exceed + 35 degrees, and the annual average does not exceed + 20 degrees.
2. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000M.
3. Installed in a non-hazardous medium, there is no gas and no conductive dust that can corrode metals and destroy insulation.
4. When the temperature is + 40 degrees, the humidity does not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is allowed (for example, 90% at + 20 degrees). Under such conditions, condensation may be allowed due to the change of temperature.
5. The product can be installed vertically, horizontally or obliquely without significant vibration and shock in the workplace.
6. The rated current of this product is more than 1250 A, and it must be connected with water-cooled bus or forced air-cooled when it is used for more than 70% of the rated current for a long time.
V. Structural Forms:
Fast fuse is a traditional closed tubular structure with packing.  Traditional bulk quartz sands are usually used as fillers. For higher rated voltage or smaller fuse volume, solidified quartz sands are used in some product specifications. The breaking ability and various performance indicators of the products with new technology are significantly improved.
LXW2-11 micro-switch is used in the micro-switch of the fast fuse indicating device. Its main parameters are: ~380V 5A. The switch has a pair of normally open and a pair of normally closed contacts, and its action force is less than 500g.
Installation forms of fast fuses are mainly P-plate type, M-bus type and ZM-straight bus type. P-type installation method is divided into: single, double, three-body; M-type installation method is divided into: single, two-body (the single can be based on the installation needs, the contact force is not bending, the contact end extends in the required direction.
