Our GZTECH Continuous Wave (CW) Fiber Laser Source is a type of laser that emits a continuous, stable laser beam over time, as opposed to pulsed or modulated output. It employs a doped optical fiber (typically ytterbium, erbium, or thulium-doped fiber) as the gain medium, which is pumped by high-power laser diodes. The laser oscillation and amplification occur within the fiber itself, enabling compact and highly efficient operation.
