*We have 6 pieces Offset printing machine SPEEDMASTER CP2000 Heidelberg.
*We have 2 pieces commercial Web printing machine with ROTOMAN50 and KBA C215.
*we have Newpaper printing machine with GOSS Universal 75\Newsliner.
*We have CREO CTP system, Martini binding machine, Heidelberg sanddle binding machine.
*We can produce perfect binding books for 60Million pieces per year, saddle binding book for 300million pieces per year.
Quality & quantity:
We are ISO9000: 2000 certificated standard. We keep responsibilty for customer's requirement.
Before printing, we make the blank sample for paper stock/die cutting approval.
Then we make a digital sample for color and content checking.
Then we do bulk produce and binding, also quality checking before package.
We take photos to show the cargo and shipment loading to make sure every processing is under your controlling.
Our acceptable quantity is from 3K PCS to start.
Delivery:
Digtial sample time is about 2-3 days after received your artwork and it is free charge.
Produce time is about 2 weeks, if the quantity is under 100K pieces with typical binding processing. If need hand job binding and package, it will take longer time which depend on the projects.
Freight by ocean is about 30-40 days to Europe and 25-35days to North American.
Freight by Air is about 3-4 days to Europe and North Ameirican with UPS/DHL/EMS/TNT.
