We are competitive in mould design, processing, injection moulding. We use ERP / CAM system for design and processing, and PRO-E, UG, MOLDFLOW, CATIA, Powermill 9.0, Moldflow CAD Doctor and Communicator for assembly and analysis of product structure.

We have more than 100 sets of world top high-precision moulding equipment such as: Germany large 4m 5-axis machining centers, Huanqiu big & small horizontal milling machines, South Korea large 4m double-head machines, 3m single-head machines, 50T-2800T injection moulding machines imported from Japan and Germany.

We can make 10T-80T super large moulds and all kinds of precision moulds, including automobile parts, communication parts, home appliance parts and commodities, medical equipments, TV sets, computers, printer, LCDs, toys, and so on.

We focus on customer demands and regard quality as the basis. Setting up independent quality departments for mould manufacturing and injection moulding, we have special persons to track and check each working procedure from design drawing to mould delivery.
