Guantai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd, originally named Sanhe Yatai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd, was founded in 1991 in Harbin, north of China and moved to Yanjiao development area Beijing in 2003. Guantai invested 110 million yuan in 2010 in Dachang Chaobai River Industrial Zone, Hebei Province which occupies 60 mu of land and more than 20, 000 square meters of them are used as workshop.
