Guangdong Good Taste Food Co., Ltd is the first leading soy sauce manufacturing & processing company specialized in natural fermentation of soy with advanced apparatus and techniques fromJapan. We have invested US$9 million to build up the office and production plant with a total area of over 50, 000 square meters that produces more than 20, 000 tons of soy sauce per annum.

Since 1994, we have already used Japanese technology and apparatus to produce various series of soy sauce for home & industrial markets, including soy sauce for roasted eels. We are using high quality of non-GMO defatted beans, wheat and Japanese aspergillus to produce superior soy sauce. Our soy sauce is produced through 180 days of fermentation. The whole fermentation process is handled by automatic control of alcohol temperature. This technique has already achieved the national and international accredited level.

To ensure our superior quality of soy sauce, we have regularly sent our products and raw materials to Guangdong Commodity Inspection Bureau and Fujian Commodity Inspection Bureau for testing. We have successfully obtained ISO9001: 2008, HACCP, QS production certificate and also food export registration certificate. Not only our soy sauce is free from preservatives, colorings and 3-MCPD, but also has many various good amino acids. The AAN level is even higher than international standard.

In 2007, our annual output has been more than 60, 000 tons which is at the leading rank all over the country.
