South Graphite Co., Ltd. is established in Match, 2011 in Chenzhou municipal City, Hunan Province and is a subsidiary to China National Building Material Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CNBMI"), which is under China National Building Material Group. Its registered capital is RMB 1 billion yuan and its scope of business is included but not limited to mining and exploitation of graphite and its coherent resources, fine and deep processing, sale.

The main products include graphite briquette, graphite grains, graphite powder, graphite carburant and other graphite products. The fineness has 12um, 45um, 75um, 150um (individually equal to 1100mesh, 325mesh, 200mesh, 100mesh). According to the content of fixed carbon, it can be divided into 8 grades i. e. 70%, 75%, 78%, 80%, 83%, 85%.
