GOLDENPHENIX INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS (Shanghai) LIMITED is the subsidiary company of GOLDENPHENIX INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS (HK) LIMITED. The manufacturing site is located in Shanghai. It produces predispersed low dusting pigment preparation which is used for masterbatch production. The predispersed preparation is same as BASF Eupolen products, but we are using different technology. The predispersed pigment preparation can be also called semi-masterbatch.

We have a group of experts who have 25-30 years of job experience with Ciba, Clariant and BASF or in master batch field.

The advantages of predispersed pigment preparation in replace of pure pigments:

1. High dispersion, 15--30% higher than pure powder pigments because the pure powder pigments are totally pre dispersed;

2. Dust free, 0.2--0.3mm powder or micro pallets; Suitable for higher environment protection requirement;

Can be used for any feeding machines. Shorten the equipment cleaning time.

3. High pigment concentration 60%;

4. Medium to highest light fastness, heat stability and dispersibility;

5. They meet all possible coloristic requirement;

6. Compatible with almost all polymers such as PE, PP, PA, used for film and fiber.

7. Less production equipment required than with pure powder pigments for final masterbatch production.
