Q1. What detail Information require for Product Quotation ?
Provide the samples to us or let us know the detail information that you request, such as Artwork, Material, Quantity ,Printing color ,Size, Surface finishing etc. 
 
 Q2. What format design file of Product Label you want for printing ?
AI ,PDF,CDR, high JPG (over 300 DPI).
 
Q3. How about the lead time of order ?
It depends on the products and order quantity.  Usually the lead time will be 7-10 working days after artwork and payment confirmed.
 
Q4. Do you have MOQ?
The minimum order quantity depend on the specifications of the Product. Usually the MOQ will be more than 10,000pcs with set up a new mold.
 
Q5. What shipping method can I choose ? And shipping time ?
DHL ,UPS, FEDEX, TNT, By Sea etc,.
By International Express is usually 3-6 working days for International Express delivery.  By sea will be 10-30 working days.
 
Q6. Can we get some samples? Any charges ?
We would like to provide the Free samples to you on-hand inventory . But we will not bear the freight cost .
 
Q7. What's payment terms of Labels ?
Paypal, T/T, Cash etc .
 
Q8. Can you help with the design for Product Label ?
Our professional designer will help with simple Artwork, such as Logo, Text and some images.

Q9. How's the Inspection?
You are welcome to visit our factory to proceed the final inspection checking before boarding.
